It’s relatively recent.
Unfortunately it’s become all too common.
It’s incredibly easy to prevent it from occurring. (If necessary see notice earlier about why it’s done.)

So, apparently someone received a recall ballot (posted on another thread topic) regarding district 5 (which would be the HPPOA president). For the record, because it has been intimated, the recall IS NOT my baby.

I am not going to "take over" other's threads/posts or whatever you want to call them. So, I will address you here, ChunksterK. "Ignore" is not calling out someone by name. "Ignore" is not actively eliciting others to do the same. In addition, from what I can tell most on this forum are smart enough to make up their own minds and do not require your "advice."

That said, the issues here are ROADS, RESTRICTED ROAD FEE MONEY, LAWSUITS and now A RECALL.

No one needs any "advice" from me OR YOU. All people need to really do is click on the website link, read the lawsuits, and make up their own minds. Even better? Do their own research.

I know what the term means. So, while I am happy it amused you, I will have to tell you that the small group of you who seem to feed off the circle and jump approach to "discussion," does not really surprise or bother me too much. I just want to try to set the record straight for others- for whatever it's worth. 

Still, some of you trying to needle me isn't the point of this thread. So how about if we stick to the topic?

Take a look at the posted website and download those cases at your heart's content. Unfortunately, for the HPPOA board, those documents probably cause some discomfort (which I will admit does give me some amusement). But then, they brought that on themselves.

What seems very obvious is that you do not really care about the issues- Roads, Restricted Road Fee Money, Lawsuits, etc. All those issues that EVERY substandard subdivision in Puna has faced and will continue to face, until those issues are PROPERLY addressed.
