Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
you have posted enough factually incorrect information, that if no one holds you in check,

HOTPE, if you are going to make statements like this, then please have the PROOF to back them up. Not ONCE have any of you actually posted anything, aside from harassment, that has PROVEN any of the information I have posted about HPPOA is false or incorrect.

If you would like to list the "factually incorrect information" clearly and concisely, I will be happy to recheck my research and sources.

Case in point. When you post you call it research. When pointed out that your conclusions are incorrect you don’t accept the information, even though it’s also based on research, court documents, etc. You believe you’re right and everyone else is wrong.

Only a judge will finally decide. If s/he rules against your interpretation of the bylaws you will say even the judge is wrong.
I do not believe in throwing out unsubstantiated claims. Which is why I have never been one of the many who have, in past years, accused staff/board members of benefiting themselves at the cost of HPP Owners, using road fee money. I do not engage in "conspiracy theories."

Facts require researched information to back them up. And YES, information can be incorrect, which then leads to more research and more information. However, some of you just stating, unequivocally, without anything to back your statements up, that what I am saying is untrue is not truth. It is EXACTLY what HOTPE said it is, "holding someone in check." It is not "incorrect information" you are worried about. It is FACTS for which you have no information to refute them. Do your research.

So... Using that argument, I suppose we should all just sit back and not discuss anything? Not read anything. Not research anything. Not KNOW anything.

Sure, judges wield a lot of power. But judges are people, just like everyone else. The more information that is made available for people (including judges) the better.

The historical information- court orders, successive bylaw changes that have occurred and why, over the course of HPPOA's 50 year history, are accurate. The accounts are not false. They are not incorrect. The accounts are written and documented. I did not write them. I did not interpret them.
It is FACTS for which you have no information to refute them. Do your research.

Thank you for agreeing with my comment above. You conduct research. When it’s refuted by someone they have no correct facts, no pertinent information because in your opinion they didn’t research the topic. Therefore you are right, they are wrong.
Thank you for agreeing with my comment above. You conduct research.

HOTPE, research which exposes facts. As in factual documents (letters, court orders, transcripted conversations, etc.).

What do you think research is? Research involves gathering all types of information- as in concrete, HARD COPIES.

You and your doppelgänger, so sweet so special, so made for each other. It's *almost* entertaining watching the two of you.. almost.

Still insist on being the SCHMUCK* you love to prove yourself to be!

The protest has to do with the fact that IF others are disatisfied with HPPOA's "service" and do not pay until the last day, THIS will be reflected in the treasurer's monthly report. Simple.

IF HPP Owners wish to show their dissatisfaction with HPPOA's "service" and they do not pay until the last day, there is no name-signing, hand-raising, or ballot-submitting. Not paying until the last day is a passive action that sends a message. Hence, silent.

OUCH!

That treasurer's monthly report will sure show them what for!

Why do some of you insist on sticking it to one another (and no, the etymology of that phrase does not involve anything sexual or body parts).
"Why do some of you insist on sticking it to one another(?)"

Well, after all, as you so astutely, as well as "cleverly" said that we all "graduated" from the "Midvale School for the Gifted" (which could be a way of saying that you are "sticking it to us") what more do you expect?

Damn, why won't this door open?

Since most people pay most of their bills right before they’re due, I think the silent “message” payments will be entirely lost in also silent mass of “normal” payments.  Good plan for a way to declare victory though.
HiloJulie, I never said you all graduated from the Midvale School for the Gifted. I said that people (including myself) miss seeing large signs on doors (like "pull"). And I was making a reference to a Gary Larson cartoon, in which he depicts that very thing. It is called "absurdist humor."
