may I suggest a nice cup of Kona grown Bad Ass Coffee!
--------------
Nope. Mainland chain of coffee shops and only a couple of their coffees have Kona beans, if they can be believed. Most are some sort of who knows what "blend" they use.

Clearly, you two do not understand what Kona GROWN means. Nothing surprising there.
So, while it may be a mainland corporation, it is still Kona grown Kona coffee, grown on a Kona coffee farm, and employs Hawaii residents.
So, as usual, your heads remain not only in the sand, but also, not in Hawaii.

I'm not a coffee drinker but was inspired to check out their website as a result of these posts. They do sell 100% Hawaiian grown beans. At least, according to their adds.
$73 for 12 ounces! About the same price for either Kona or Ka'u beans. https://badasscoffeestore.com/products/1...city-roast
There's also this company that looks local: https://bigislandcoffeeroasters.com/?srs...yoPfRwKM6h

The point is that of over 75 different coffee product choices to buy, only a couple claim 10% Kona coffee and maybe one or two choices for 100%. Pathetic to use "Kona" on every label and they don't even have a store in Kona!
BTW - I thought miss know-it-all, miss has to have the last word, put me on her ignore list?

The only point that really matters is that its good coffee. Grown in Kona. (And yes, in Ka'u also)
But what does little miss know-it-all possibly know when faced with a guy who knows everything about everything? Like the only person in the world who apparently knows that the coconut rhinoceros beetle was found in lower Puna?
And you were speaking of things pathetic?
ICE raiding ANY Big Island coffee growing farms is about as pathetic as it gets!
And who could ignore you Dude? You're such a fountain of so many inspirational untrue, or shall I say, "alternative" facts.

Hawaii Democrats called out the National Guard and set up checkpoints during the lava eruption and after the tropical storm Iselle. They utilized the police to arrest people for going to the beach during COVID. Hawaii Democrats have no trouble turning the National Guard and police force loose on the people here.

If you can afford over $70 for 12 oz of coffee maybe you can sponsor some of these people caught up in these raids.
P.S. I worked on a hot rod that was built to advertise Bad Ass Coffee in Utah where the franchise began.
The only thing that was ever on the Big Island was a coffee that sold local coffee. They did not grow their own coffee.

I thought the Big Island deported all the donkeys back in 2011? Were the "bad ass donkeys" collaborators?

You can debate their judgement, but at least those were actual emergencies!

Oh, come on, Dude, our little miss know-it-all doesn't have an ignore list. How could she "know-it-all" if she ignored any of us?
Like right here.. she professes to ignore me but has started going on about an irrelevant subject as this coffee distraction based on a post she supposedly ignores.
And, besides, who.. pray tell.. drinks coffee at $73 for 12 ounces? But still it gave her a tread.. a very thin tentative thread.. to follow up on a post she supposedly ignores. What a waste..
