Why yes, that is exactly what a copyright attorney, licensed to practice in California and seven (7) other contiguous states (not “in more states than you can throw a stick at” as your embellished impotent reply states) through the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) and is very common with copyright attorneys working with large national copyright law firms are, due to the fact that copyright law in the United States is primarily federal law, established by Congress under its constitutional authority, covering most works with Title 17 of the U.S. Code, would say. Further, I am under no obligation whatsoever to “prove” myself to you, or anybody else for that matter, with you requesting, as you have done numerous times before, to provide one of my state Bar ID number(s).

I am a bit surprised that a scientist of your great stature would not know or understand what copyright law is as well as what copyright attorneys do, including the reasons most copyright attorneys working for large national copyright law firms take and pass the UBE, but then, borrowing from Confucius, "when you think you’re always the smartest man in the room, you’re in the wrong room."

This is how impotent, little, spineless wimpy men who they feel is at a minimum intellectually equal to someone, but more likely fearful that that someone might just be intellectually superior, attack a person. 

It also further reenforces other posters' observations of you being the “school yard bully,” who must try to beat others down, no matter what the topic, so you can feel superior. It is your insatiable AND unsatiable need to always have to be THE 300-pound gorilla in the room.

It has nothing to do with a straw man in any way shape or form. 

It was my surprise observation that someone with such seeming intellectual knowledge can somehow be able to tell a person's occupation based upon comments on a public forum. And then further attempts to prove that he knows more about that occupation or about the area of law being discussed. And then even further, proves he has no understanding or knowledge about the Uniform Bar Exam, especially as it relates to the area of law and occupation being discussed.

It shows you don't even have a clue.

Thus, it becomes a circular equation in your head, and then you revert to your mentality as shown in the FIRST QUOTE.
