Agreed, they are not the same.  If you don't want to receive his emails then block them.  He can't block you from contacting others.

I could block him, but he's already emailed me, saying that if I contact other people, I should get a lawyer. I don't know how he would know whether I contacted them or what I said, but I take that as a threat of legal action. In fact, one part of an email from him suggested he might go beyond that. So, I'd rather gather evidence if he emails me again rather than not knowing about it.

I for one, am absolutely sure that regardless of the reasons behind it, you were 100% innocent, you were unfairly targeted by the fake moderation of PunaWeb, it was a vast conspiracy of deranged radical crazy people out to get you and those responsible for such terrible actions should be severely punished. I don't think its fair to come to class on test day and then expect someone to give you all the answers.

Maybe go back and read each post in chronological order, like most people would normally do, and your question will answer itself.

Yes, I can imagine PT feels wronged. By that vast conspiracy of deranged radical crazy people he refers to as THEY.

But, in all honesty, PT got off easy with a 1 week vacation for openly defying the PunaWeb Overlords. 

Heck I got a 2 MONTH vacation for answering the question of what laws did ICE break when they performed a raid on a home that resulted in a dozen or so Filipino Teachers being yanked out of their beds, in their underwear, or some out of the shower, given a towel to cover up, at the crack of dawn, then marched at gun point, hands in the air, by a gaggle of masked men to the front lawn and asked to show "papers please."

Of course, my answer was the laws that are enshrined in a 238ish year old government charter, when off I went on that 2 month vacation, with the reason given as:

"While the recent ICE arrests took place in Hawaii, the laws around those actions are not state or county. 
Watch the not-so-fine line."

So, yeah, PT got off easy.
