I agree on the retro feel, making me all sentimental. The Internet was so magical back in the 90's, when people actually had their own websites, smaller companies had their own IT people and servers, and billionaire's clouds didn't just suck IT spending out of every small company and town. So many fun memories working for all kine small companies.

Did Hilo have "webmasters" and "IT guys" back in the day?

Asking, again for a friend, but are these cute full page graphics being added by duly authorized PunaWeb Management Staff, or is this some type of attempted terrorism, similar to those who would think blowing up oil pipelines, flattening tires of Range Rovers or throwing cans of tomato soup at the Mona Lisa in some sick perverted way of mounting a protest?

Are you kidding me?  This is art!  It's as if Banksy showed up in a time machine and took us all back to a warm friendly era when the world still had so much possibility and wonder.  This is our safe space.  Come dance with us!

A friend? You've "asked for a friend" at least 7 or 8 times already. So, dear, who is this friend of yours? Seriously, your left hand or your right?

I'm asking for a friend.
