HPP residents, and anyone else who cares where tax money/counsel funds go, as I am NOT speakin for the HPPNW and only as John Q. Public.
If you've been here a few years you paid your taxes, and the county gives 3k to HPPNW to be distributed by the Hilo P.D.
HPP residents I would think would want to know why their Neighborhood Watch did not get it's funds?
Should we nudge and nudge until this dead horse comes back to life and starts running?

For those who don't know, (off island HPP future residents) the HPP Owners Association is very loosly considerd that, compared to what one would expect it to be like on the mainland. And the HPP Neighborhood Watch is not connected to them. It's strictly voluneers, and not many.
My first post here was to try to get a few more apthetic okoles of the couch and get involved. Really sad turnout.
