Whoohoo! The price has tripled! Wanna buy a lot in Royal Gardens? It's got a river running through it, at least until the river cools off and becomes rock again.

We bought one a year or so ago because it was so cheap and we figure in about ten years we can use it as a camp ground. The carrying costs are really low so why not?
