Actually, you don't have to go far for similar weather. Mauna Kea summit has current temperatures of about 10 degrees Fahrenheit. UKIRT is measuring the wind at 30mph (other anemometers up there appear to be frozen or iced up) which gives a wind chill of -12 degrees!
