I saw these buses listed for sale on Craigslist and thought they might be of interest for someone in the LERZ, or trying to move back onto their property in the LERZ. They're not my buses, so don't know anything more about them than what's listed:

For anyone considering some kind of "habitation": a tourbus (insulated, so it can have A/C) is far superior to a schoolbus (tin can).
In some tourbus configurations, the A/C is electric and natively DC, can be wired directly into a PV system without a huge inverter.
Works best when treated as a "sealed unit", avoid drilling holes/attaching things to the roof.
If the tourbus is kept in the shade (eg, build a barn over/around it) it will have natural self-regulating temperature: stays cool until about noon, stays warm for 2-3 hours after the sun goes down. The double-roof effect makes it possible to watch TV during heavy rain.
I miss mine.
