I'm shocked to learn Ige didn't win the award outright. Is there really another governor as bad as Ige?

I’ve seen some of their candidates and elected officials. Apparently the bar is exceptionally low for voters in that Party.

Nebbish is derived from Yiddish. It's one of many colorful words like putz, yutz, schmuck, and schlemiel. It's amusing to see the Putzmeister trucks, if you know one of the definitions of putz.
