I launched my first Huli Huli chicken road side burn today at the highway #130 bypass at Keaau bottle neck. I want to thank everyone for their support it was a great success. Much more that I expected, I only wish that I had another 100 chickens to sell so everyone could have gone home with a Huli Huli chicken. I’ll try and do better next week.
On a sad note, A person from Punaweb tried to turn me in for not having the proper licensing. I posted that I was going to have my start up burn today. Bottom line is that YES I did have the proper license but it had not been recorded yet, but they had a red flag complaint from a member of Punaweb. This person is the one that Rob has barred for using many names, I’m not going to mention the names he has used but you all know him.
Gee, it was a fun and great day and every one of my customers went home saying will you be here every Friday? My response is, yes I will, and I’m sorry for having to turn so many away because I wasn’t property prepared. You can bet that I will be next time.
