Voter Owned Hawaii - Support Fair Elections

[Rob Tucker]

Need Volunteers! We're Gathering Candidate Pledges To Support Fair Elections

As races heat up and the summer draws near, we're going to be asking candidates to sign pledges to fight for Fair Elections.

Candidates will be courting votes this summer and early fall, and it will be a great time to shore up their support for "the reform that makes all reforms possible".

Before we launch this effort in full though, we're looking for some volunteers who can help us with volunteer management and some office work.

Would you be willing to help us out?

If so, please respond to this email, or give us a call at 457-8622.

Thank you for your continued support!

Thanks for working to keep this important initiative alive.

Candidate Pledges?

Let me know what I can do.

As a candidate, I am participating in the comprehensive public funded program initiated by "Fair Elections" / Voter Owned Hawaii.
This means I collected 200 signatures from registered voters in the District and with each of those signatures a $5 contribution to the Hawaii Election Campaign Fund (HECF).
With that application process complete, I have now received funding from HECF for my primary campaign; and I will not be accepting any private monetary or nonmonetary contributions.
I am the first, and so far only, candidate in Council District 5 and, so far, the only non-incumbent candidate in the County to successfully complete this application process.
