My daughter and her husband are trying to work out a telecommute deal with their current employer in Silicon Valley. At one time ATA had a flat yearly rate. Does anyone know of an airline that offers such a flat rate, i.e. one fee for unlimited travel between Hawaii and the mainland.

I believe that ATA still has such a package ticket. Ususally they have a limited number of deals which sell out quite quickly and usually they go on sale each November (Now!). You need to contact ATA right away.
I am not aware of any other airline that does this.

ATA now has a "flight bank" program where you can buy points and use them whenever you want with no restrictions. Check out the below link for more info. The cheapest package is $2999 for 300 points so its not for everyone. The more points you buy, the cheaper they are. Tickets cost 10 points to 60 points depending on when and where (click on travel calender on the top menu).

Thank you so much for the information. My daughter did call ATA for the information on their program. It might just work for my son-in-law. He might be able to use it as a tool to convince his boss to let him work from Hawaii. He is currently working from here (Volcano) on a special project. Mahalo and Happy Thanksgiving
