DLNR rule changes and Puna CDP

Rob, as a person closely involved in the land management working group, what is your opinion of the proposed DLNR changes coming up for public hearing Tuesday in Hilo? I'm not knowledgeable on grubbing and grading, etc. and the PCDP proposals for changes to our land use laws but would appreciate your insight. I read the links provided in your KAHEA posting in the regular PW dialog. Thanks, Frankie
