The County of Hawaii Real Property Tax website is still showing last fiscal year's tax assessments for our property in Mountain View. I randomly checked others nearby and HPP and they all show last fiscal year. Anyone recall when the bills are sent out or website updated?

Wouldn't the sun rise for the higher elevations of Hamakua, then North Hilo and Kau, then the highest elevations of South Hilo and then finally Puna, making Puna last on the East side for the early morning rooster crowing?

The roosters around my house start crowing before 4AM. By sunrise they’re ready for a nap.

Earliest “crow” I’ve heard was at 2:30 in the morning. I think Puna roosters sleep mostly during the evening.
