Without naming names, when M2 punished "Poster A" a lot of you jumped for joy, said "Yahoo!" so on and so forth.

But when "Poster B" is punished, its "how dare you!" "You own them an apology" "reinstatement immediately"

I am neither naive, stupid (as you seem to believe- or want others to) nor do I spread untruths. 

I never posted my email, address, or phone number. What I have now posted- twice (3 times, counting the original) has all of that info redacted. 

In addition, you do not need my phone, address of email, do you? You have posted pictures of me, while I lived in Wyoming that you "looked up." Not only of me in Wyoming, but sitting in my garage. So no, not a criminal, but kind of creepy. 

I know my way around computers and understand sbout VPN, security and protocols. I know how to navigate IPs, networking issues, and am comfortable in cmd. I often read my security reports, change my passwords, and check for dark web activity. 

You, removing my postings has nothing to do with "protecting" me.

Here’s something for the Punaweb Philosophy Community to discuss while I’m off living my best life (as the kids say these days).
The Punaweb forum rules say you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate…

Should moderators be required to prove the poster knowingly posted false or inaccurate material?  What if they accidentally posted false or inaccurate material, should it stand?  What if they believed the material was true or accurate, even if it wasn’t?  Let it be?

So little time, so many questions.

Sorry but your original post of the attorney's correspondence had that info and it wasn't redacted.

By the way that letter from the attorney has to do with you posting information that was not yet in the public domain.
It was brought up in a court of law.
You got that info from someone who wasn't supposed to have that information and it was illegal for anyone to post that on information on Facebook.

As for my personal info. Oh well. I thought I had blocked it  But regardless, not too concerned. Nothing is "secret" anymore. My MAILING address is not my home address (we do not have an MB in The Park), I do not answer phone calls from numbers I do not know, and I can block emails (we already get so much junk mail).

I read the HPP thread attachment and it did contain your personal info, which is why it was removed.  You yourself stated that it contained your personal contact info.

I never agreed with you. Literally, I just blew you off- "Oh well, I thought I had blocked it." There was no need for me to get into it. I knew what I had posted. I only have the one image in my gallery. It was easier just to shrug you off and repost it.

No, but they should be able to prove that any material they delete for being false or inaccurate is false or inaccurate. If they can prove that the material is false or inaccurate and the material is somehow harmful, then they should delete it and say that it broke forum rules. End of story. They are not required to offer the proof in the forum.  Likewise, posters are not required to prove the things that they post are true.  Challenging Kane to do that was also out of line. 

Sounds like you think the material is false or inaccurate and you proved that you think it is a "conspiracy theory" which is a term people use when they want to suppress information and control speech usually for political and ideological reasons.  What you did is perfectly human and you have the right to do it - under your personal PW handle.  

Just say that you have proof that what Kane said is false or inaccurate. If so, I apologize for the misunderstanding.
