The traffic light at volcano highway and Kulani street need ajustment. Traveling from Hilo to Mountain View, doing the speed limit, the light changes to yellow when my vehicle is already in the intersection. The yellow light is three seconds long! Literaly, I pulled over and timed it!
My vehicle is over 14' long. It won't stop that fast. This situation is both foolish and dangerous. However, the cop that camps out there seems to enjoy pulling people over against the gaurd rail causing both vehicles to be in the road adding to the danger.
Does anyone else agree and what needs done to change it? I have made a report to hi-dot, but it hasn't been an adequate amount of time for action.
