share shipping container

We are sending a 20' shipping container to Hilo in June. We have lots of extra room if anyone is interested in sharing cost.

Where is the container being shipped from and do you have room for a tractor or any other large equipment??

It will be shipped from Long Beach, CA with Matson Shipping. Give me Dimensions of equipment and we'll see. You may check with them to see if tractors can be contained?
Im not too sure. I dont think cars can be.

If you are thnking about shipping a gas operated tractor Matson will be very concerned about flammables in the container. The gas tank should be drained - you don't want any fumes accumulating in the box.

I live in Los Angeles so that works for me. I think a better idea is you telling me what space u have and I can figure out what's up.

As of now we have more than half empty. We are shipping a couple touring kayaks which are long but narrow. The rest is personal effects, tools, drum kit, yurt. I was thinkin of filling all empty unclaimed space with building materials. If Its a 50/50 split Ill have less than 50% for sure.
