home house inspector engineer recommendation ?

We put an offer in on the mosquito house and the next step is getting it inspected. Any recommendations?

yes, I have hired Jeff Lux of Housemasters something like five times. He gives a thorough inspection and provides a DVD. He is based in HPP. I have had a few inspection here that were not done so well, so when I found Jeff who is both honest and knowledgable, I stuck with him.

It's been five years, but I am still on his mailing list, so I assume he's still working.

We went with Bierman. Not only did he inspect the house he also took the time to take us through the yard and explain what all the different plants were.
