Oceanic Time Warner Cable will be offering a 20.00 promotional rate for the new 20/2Mbps tier. The normal price is 25.00, which is on top of the standard Road Runner price. You'll also need a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem. This new tier will be available on or around August 1st
