Vendor tents on hwy 130?

Just south of Makuu Farmers Market on same side of road is a new row of awnings just like the vendor tents at Makuu. Anyone know anything about this? Is it a new market place starting?

Craigslist has an ad today for Aloha wear for $2, other clothing for $1 and a few other things available. It sounded like that location.

That's Uncle Sam's Smoke Shop and it looks like he is renting out spaces for vendors...don't know the details.

Its the new "market" open Monday through Sat. $10 a stall. Doesn't seem like much is happening there yet.
