KTA or Safeway?

Got into an informal discussion with a friend recently about what's going on at Bryson's Cinders' home base near the entry to Pahoa Town. As many of you have seen, the grubbing work is in full swing. My buddy told me that there are grand plans for a Safeway, maui Tacos....possibly a movie theater.

Any merit to this?

Personally, I'd prefer a new, modern KTA instead of another Safeway.
