Sorry, private messages never work for me. On the Mainland, Goya brand are usually available in grocery stores. I have not looked here.

Added: I checked Foodland in Keaau today and they have Goya pigeon peas for $2.79/# (reg. $2.99) in the Hispanic foods section.
