All three inter-island air carries raised their fares today to $50.00 each way. It's still a great deal compared to $119.00 each way before Go Airlines entered the market.

But with oil now over $100.00 a barrel and Go Airlines finally giving in to overwhelming pressures...the writings on the wall that we will be back to the $250.00 inter-island roundtrip fares in the very near future. Better buy those inter-island fares now!

....Island Air has cut its fares by as much as 17 percent to compete with Hawaiian, Aloha and go! airlines.
The company said its one-way $47 fare will be offered until further notice....
