The way it keeps making new side fingers, I wonder if it will reach Hawaiian Acres to the north before Pahoa.

It seems the front was 6.8 km about 3 months ago, then it was 7 km a couple months ago and now it is 8.2 km. That seems to be slow and steady.

that is a good point rambler. according to the map scale it is only about 2 miles away from the border of HA presently
