I sent my card in. I voted for 300 per year fees, and getting the roads paved.

Be careful what you wish for.

Pavement changed my neighborhood, and not for the better. High speed traffic, noise, litter, lookey-loos, and dumped abandoned animals came first. Then lots get bulldozed from pin to pin, with a cyclone fence for a finishing touch. No trees left standing to buffer the noise or the view.

I'm hoping with the bigger lots in OLE, that there will be less pin to pin clearing. Most people already living there do not have pin to pin clearing- and it's already fairly well developed. I am seeing less and less vacant lots over there.
