Helco rates going up

Anyone know if HELCO will raise rates to pay for their extensive repairs?

I sure hope not, but I do know that when my wife what is working with a temp agency for the gas company in Georgia, the break room had a large poster that said "Pray for freezing temperatures and lots of snow". So I have always felt that the utility companies love a good disaster.

They aren't going to foot a multi-million dollar bill because it's the right thing to do.

if it does, it will probably be more on the service side and be raised by location.
