I came home from work to see the doors of my neighbor's vacant house wide open. I thought this was strange so I stepped inside real quick to take a look around. Looked like everything in the kitchen had been stripped. Cops are investigating now. This is very unnerving because this happened while I was work. There are several vehicles in my driveway so I am maybe making a crazy assumption that they knew when I would leave for the day? We still don't have power here, so please everyone be safe and keep an eye out for anything unusual!

I guess so much for the National Guard keeping watch. I know they can't be around all the time but you would think knowing they were in the area would distract theives. Removing cabinets does take some time to do it cannot be done in a couple minutes. What is wrong with people.. Two types of people I really cannot stand is liars and theives. Well and Murderers of course.
