Aerial footage needed after hurricane

Need a drone operator to fly over our property in Hawaiian Acres and video at tree top level to view damage from the hurricane before we arrive in 2 weeks. Had a local operator who said he would do the job but that was 4 months ago and finlly he said last week after many phone calls he did not want to do it.

Any and all ideas and suggestions welcomed.

The guy who did the drone footage after Iselle posted on PW is the same guy who first said yes and 4 months later flaked out when he changed his mind.
