I used my brother's points - they only have Von's (a part of the Safeway family) and Stater bros within 50 miles or more of his home. His Von's has no gas station so he doesnt use the points. he told me to use his points up as they expire before he can use them!

Safeway gas seems even without points to be lowest around.
