Movement down at the prosecutor's office
#1
My feeling is that there have been many "movements" down at the prosecutor's office... that little guy with the white hair and Marian Hollicker come to mind... but that is not the kind of "movement" to which I am referring this morning. I've heard tell that a step forward has been taken towards prosecuting the voter fraud case. Anybody have any more information? Inquiring minds want to know!

The prosecutors office is probably the only real source of information at this point. They will review the information gathered by the police department, call Tiffany into their office for an interview, then decide whether it's possible to move forward with the case.

Unless there is a leak at the police department, or Tiffany posts any information, the only other source is the prosecutors office. Let us know what you find out.

I had a case that was investigated by the police, then sent to the prosecutors office some years ago. I called both departments weekly for updates. The police department would only tell me the investigation was ongoing, and then when it was forwarded to the prosecutor. Nothing more. The prosecutor provided me with some information, such as when they interviewed the defendants, and what the defendants claimed as their defense, the usual, no fraudulent intent. I was the plaintiff so they might have provided me with more info than a concerned citizen.
Not sure whether all cases require a grand jury.

OUTSTANDING! Thank you Obie for some comic relief during an otherwise vexing time for Mz. Edwards I'm sure. Smile And "Here On the Primal Edge" I applaud your contribution as well! Smile KathyH I am honored that you would be willing to come out of retirement and offer such pertinent information.

This is truly turning out to be the beginning of a seven year period of balanced accounts and settled scores... and MY GOODNESS! but this is JUST THE BEGINNING!

We Mexicans often speak Spanish... which as you all know, is a Romance Language.

So, here's a little Latin for you.

"Vincendo per Attritionem."

YEAH!
