Anyone know of a good lawyer to re-do a will? Would love it if it didn't cost me a whole lot, as I'm not that rich and don't have that much to leave behind!

Hey Katie,
Have you checked out the software, Quicken Willmaker Plus 2008. You can do your own and then have it witnessed and notarized perhaps. The forms are legal in all 50 states, unlike my cats (only 49 out of 50)!
Cost about $40.00. Living trusts, Living Wills, Advanced Medical Directives and much, much more. You can go to quicken.com and down load or buy hard copy.
At stationary stores of any size there are forms you might use also.
Personally I want to do a living trust and have procrastinated on that, LOL. Living on the edge. Aloha Neighbor
