Bret 'Hit Man' Hart Sells Big Island Home
#1

I was shocked when I saw the listing price, home prices in Kailua-Kona are lower than I thought. The provenance alone should add another couple hundred thousand to the price! [Wink]

Beejee, Thanks for the post! It is amazing what you can get in Kona for under $800k. Exciting times if you are a buyer. This got me checking out what you can buy for under $100k, and it's amazing to see the list of homes, not land, available, or recently sold.

No problem SuperGu. I don't often look at real estate Kona side as I have property in Puna. I feel kinda bad for Bret, just bad timing I guess - $30K gain after 11 years. Real estate isn't what it used to be...but I guess those old real estate rules have never really applied on the Big Island. Cheers.
