Hilo New Years fireworks?
#1
Anyone know the particulars? I'm assuming it's in Coconut Island, but I don't know the start time.

Is it happening this year? We have guests who want to go if it is.

Looks like just the Mauna Lani hotel on the Big Island. And that's only open for paying guests.

Coconut Island Fireworks - usually only July 4th - put on by the Hilo Jaycees .
All done with donations from the public.
In the check out lanes at KTA as an example - are small donation containers for the July 4th Fireworks .
We always give $5.00 each and every time we pass through the check out lane.
Every dollar helps .
