There are 2 remaining Community Developement Plan meeting for the Puna District, Feb 28 at the Keaau Com Center & March 3 Cooper Center in Volcano, so if you want to have public input, ATTEND!
I recall a couple of weeks ago the Trib Herald had an article on the sale of the Shipman land at 11 & 130 to an investment group (local I think), that had some ties to a large grocery chain...details fuzzy, but I have included the link:
