Realtor/REA Recommendations for Vacation Property

I know there are prior posts about realtor recommendations but I searched and didn't see anything that really answered the question very well for me so I am starting a new thread:

My husband and I have been vacationing on the Big Island (Pahoa/Kapoho area) for several years now and are ready to purchase property. Our goal is to retire to the Big Island (although we are actively trying to get there much sooner!). We are looking for a property that we can also use as a short term rental when we are not there that we would eventually make our full time home.

Does anyone have any recommendations for realtors with this purpose in mind?

As a side note: We know that short term rentals ebb and flow - we are not looking to profit from it but do not want to leave it empty. We also want to be able to use it ourselves so using it as a long term rental is not an option.

We currently have a home in Hawaiian Shores recreational estates about 5 blocks from ocean. Home is an active Vacation rental we were thinking of selling in the next few years on owner contract, easy terms (about the same as bank terms).

Best not to go through VRBO to try and get ahold of us they will take it as in inquiry and want to start a booking/reservation.

We have our rental listed on this site also which you can contact direct without having to place a booking or reservation.

Unfortunately we are going to be off island for the Summer and will not be back until Nov 1st.
