Last night I got a call from a friend in Fern Acres; he said he could see a huge fire near me in Hawaiian Acres.
I couldn't see any sign of it, but maybe smelled a little smoke.
Anybody know what burned?

wow i am one road, didn't see or smell anything and was out late enjoying the moon...

There was a huge moon that night, perhaps he got confused. He is that kind of guy.

friend came over today, and we discussed the fire; he pointed toward the uninhabited Wao Kele reserve as the location of the fire. He insists it wasn't the moon.
