There are some pretty impressive thunderstorms just off the east coast of the Big Island right now. You might catch some impressive shots and videos via the CFHT Cloudcam this evening:

Been pretty active light and boom show up here in Ninole. Also over 2.4 inches rain, which we really needed.

You can see the same video via the CFHT link I gave above, but Big Island Video News also showed the light show last night from the CFHT Cloudcam. The first 10-seconds or so of the video are quite impressive!
