Normally.......... I wouldn't even consider buying an AC unit. Because HELCO is so expensive, but... I bought a future office / condo unit and Power is included in the HOA fee's so... Everyone just has a wall type. The one in the unit I'm looking at is on it's way out and looking for a new one.
