Looks like my old out dropped off.
Anyway, Samsung tried numerous times to get hold of Bob's Handyman Express and no luck. Samsung decided to buy back my machine. Got the check for full price (less tax) yesterday...

So the state is a part of the Planned Obsolescence Complex too?

Did they send somebody to haul the old one away? Or are you going to pay to get the old one fixed using the money they gave you?

I will fix it myself. I know what needs to be done and since it’s out of warranty, I can fix it. The problem is a stuck solenoid which is a simple fix. Reason, I didn’t repair it before, is Samsung doesn’t allow customers to fix their own appliances (voids the warranty).
