Not sure how HPM could change without getting a larger retail space.

Don’t get me wrong, I like HPM, they just don’t make it easy to buy from them. I probably will always get most of my lumber from them as their average quality is better than HD’s average quality.

Tried again this morning - same thing.
So, just for fun, I called the one in Kona. Picked up on second ring. Very helpful answered my question in less than two minutes.

Difference being that HD "retail" format means you can cherry-pick the #1 or SEL STR lumber out of the pile instead of "whatever you get".
