Vehicle accidents daily on 130 and 11 .
The stalled broken down SUV in the round about really backed up 130 past shipmans last week .
Rear end crashes in Kurtistown daily by 7-11 from speeding texters .
Ainaloa and 130 daily accidents . Red light runners daily in Hilo and island wide .
Check with law enforcement on how many and where to know the amount on our 130 or 11 .
