Diced up and browned til crispy, served on top of a salad... yum! Leftover Spam the next morning in scrambled eggs, double yum. I like the Lite.. not as salty or fatty. I see no reason in the flavored varieties any more than I would in flavored bacon. Why mess with a good thing?
