You can get HBO/Showtime as a Hulu add-on. Includes all seasons of their original content. I use a ChromeCast ($35) to stream it onto the big screen.

They have installed cable on a number of unpaved roads in HPP, including mine. I'm using their cable internet as I type this.

Unpaved means different things in different subdivisions.
Spectrum probably rolls out cable where they can get enough subscribers-per-mile; in Hawaiian Acres this just happens to be only where the roads are paved.
Telcom fiber doesn't conduct electricty, which is convenient during electrical storms.

25 houses per mile, that's what you want. If you've got that then put pressure on the County and they will put pressure on Spectrum.
It works, we've seen it work a number of times.
