PBS: Living Volcanoes
#1
Apologies, been away through no control of my own, it's not been a good time, but in any case, am currently watching Nature's "Living Volcanoes" on PBS. Lots of Kilauea-related stuff in it. For instance, I had no idea that there was a plankton bloom in ocean waters near Hawaii that coincided with the recent eruption. I didn't know anything about the caterpillars either.

It's available online: https://www.pbs.org/video/living-volcanoes-rgolgg/

Welcome back TomK, it’s good to hear from you.
Thanks for the recommendation, sounds like Living Volcanoes includes some unusual details about our recent lava flow. I think while we all focused on the human impact and more immediate concerns, overlooking other aspects of the environment (plankton, caterpillars) may have been an almost unavoidable consequence. I plan on watching the program tomorrow.
Hope you can manage the unexpected events which have entered your life, and care for everything that requires your attention right now.
