Contacting Mayor's office?

Aloha all. Trying to track down an email addy for the Mayor's office but can't seem to find one online. (f course they all have email.) All I can find is a general phone number and physical mailing address. I can understand the problem of managing a public email account, but am hoping to contact Harry Kim (or his representative) about a specific issue.

I can always do snail mail or phone, but thought to try here for an email contact. Thank you!

If its an issue. Call donna in mayors office at least once a week. Shes kinda slow but eventulally gets stuff to Kim. He doesnt allways do anything with it tho.
Case in point ,getting more lifegaurds for pahoa? Many months of calls and emails.
