Pumpkin seeds....would they still work if they are toasted? I'd eat them every day if that was the case. They're delicious.

I think the pumpkin seeds need to be raw. There are lots of anti-parasitic foods such as raw garlic, papaya seeds, and fermented foods. Green walnut husk and wormwood tincture is in my Puna emergency kit. Add to the tincture a little fresh ground cloves for a powerful anti-parasitic. It would be nice if there was a version of Albenzonale for over the counter.

It's albendazole, not Albenzonale and it IS available over the counter in pinworm medicine, ie Reese's, available at Walgreen's.
