It depends which thread you’re reading. From posts over on the Wuhan virus topic, I get the impression Hawaii flu survivors will still be under quarantine by November. Fortunately I receive an absentee ballot mailed to me, which I assume will first be decontaminated by any remaining Hilo & Keaau postal workers.

why our elected "leaders" are corrupt lying con wo/men, look real hard at the next mirror you pass by: the voting public will always vote for those spouting comforting lies over those who present difficult truths. That's how our good mayor got elected... and our idiot council. Twenty years as the Civil Defense director, but "didn't know" that the Kilauea East Rift Zone could erupt this way... Of course not, it was too inconvenient to divert development away from the highest risk areas and, besides, what would they do without all that off-shore property tax coming in? Why can't we re-draw the lava flow hazard zones - Mauna Loa hasn't erupted there for xx years...

Y'all might not like him but he is getting stuff done unlike the Democrats. He continues to run the country even when he's under attack. What have Democrats accomplished? Not a damn thing. Trump hasn't done anything other politicians haven't done. They ALL make their little deals. Trump is a businessman and he does things like a true businessman. I don't like him but at least he is trying to make this country better. Democrats are only focusing on getting him out. They do NOTHING for this country. At least he's the lesser of two evils

It came back an hour after the speech on all stations. I'm still not sure what was going on. I had sound but no picture on just the networks showing the speech including PBS. It couldn't have been a tv glitch on my end. I think something was censoring the broadcasts here.
