Pohoiki boat ramp, any news?

Has anybody heard anything lately about the new pohoiki boat ramp and or swimming area?

There was supposed to be money available etc.  is anything actually going on yet besides talk?

(Yeeee, I can hardly wait for it to be rebuilt....)
